Please complete the 'Request_for_visa_support2.docx' and send it together with the copy of your passport with your picture to "APFA2025visa@nifs.ac.jp". If your passport is expired, we can start the preparation of document with your old passport.
After checking with the NIFS administration department, you will receive your entry visa support document, itinerary of stay and identity documents via electronic files. The applicant can then submit the visa to the Embassy of Japan.
Assistance with visa applications is limited to APFA2025 participants and their accompanying persons only. 'Request_for_visa_support2.docx' and copy of the passport are necessary for the accompanying persons as well. The accompanying person will be checked by the NIFS Secretariat and the LOC of the APFA2025. A registration fee of JPY 10,000 is required for the companion to attend the social event of APFA2025.
